Control Room/Complaint Cell/Lost Property Section/Pollution Control Cell.

  1. DTC is having Central Control Room at I.P. Depot which comprises of Central Complaint Cell also. The commuters can report their complaints/suggestions pertaining to DTC buses' operation on telephone nos. +91-11-23370373, +91-11-23370374.
  2. DTC is having a Pollution Control Cell for pollution-related complaints (Ph. Nos. +91-11-26811528/Ext.No220).
  3. DTC is having Central Lost Property Section at Scindia House (Ph.No.+91-11-23752769).
